The Journey to Net Zero:

Sustainability is woven into every aspect of what we do, constantly exploring new ways to innovate and research materials within circular economy practices.

Let’s start with a Life Cycle Analysis to evaluate the environmental impact of our materials, along with an annual maintenance, and, if required, end of life policy for all new artworks.

We partner with sustainable suppliers who share our vision, such as Resysta, a wood like material made from rice husk.

Net-Zero Art

Commitment to sustainability extends beyond the studio through collaboration with various innovative sectors.

We are crafting portent sustainability guidelines for visual artists. This collaboration aims to create a future thinking, unified, eco-conscious and high standard approach to art making.

Our projects such as ‘Alpha’, ‘Ground Truth’ and ‘DOT’ are examples of cross sector pollination and demystification of barriers, opening up accessible channels of dialogue for the current mileu.

Cybernetic Art?

'Cybernetics had a decisive impact, mediated by the aesthetic context that coincided with the emergence of scientific theory in the late 1940s and by the complementarity between cybernetics and prominent trends in 20th-century experimental art. With an emphasis on the concepts of process, system, environment and audience participation, cybernetics was able to gain artistic value as a theoretical model for articulating the systematic relationships and processes between (loops and feedback), including the artist, art, audience and environment. In this way, cybernetic art is part of contemporary art, which refers to the entire scientific theory of Cybernetics, where the feedback involved in the process takes precedence over interests in traditional aesthetics and materials’.
