This most recent project lunched by MetanoiaX, having gained traction since relocation to Cheltenham, UK, which is known as ‘the cyber capital of the UK’, extends beyond the remit of Alpha and Ground Truth into sectors such as cyber security and quantum computing.

The early stages of this project have been weighted in research, networking and developing conceptual ideas. The incubation period allows for experimental thoughts, ideas and activities to inform the next phase of the project and opens up the pathway to tangibility and access to feedback. MetanoiaX creates visual language using a ‘blueprint’ which has been developed over a period of time via previous projects, which now informs the methodology for DOT and future projects.

The direction of this project is moving towards the creation of large scale data walls that will be displayed in both analogue and digital formats. These data walls can fit within the parameters of cybernetic art, articulating the systematic relationships and processes between the artist, art, audience and environment via feedback and communication systems. New materials such as quantum dot solar paint will be incorporated into the project as they become available.
